Being a mom is tough stuff. Being a working mom adds a whole other level of complication and brings new meaning to the word "juggle."

While many of us struggle with our work-life balance and try our best to succeed as working moms. It's easy to look at celebrities and assume they are exempt from this ever-challenging struggle. One celebrity is being honest about the fact that she, too, finds this to be very difficult. Elizabeth Hurley has been forthcoming in revealing that she has really had to work hard at maintaining her career while also being the type of mother that she wants to be for her son, Damian.

Elizabeth Hurley took to Instagram to put up an all-too relatable post that every working mom can easily relate to. Just because she's a celebrity mama, doesn't mean that it was easy for her to continue to expand her career after the birth of her son.

This image reveals that although she was tackling both her career and parenting at the same time, her son always came first. In this instance, she was in the middle of her photo shoot, which she was on contract for and had to fulfill, but her son clearly had other plans. She paused her work to be a mom and give him the comfort he needed, proving that even in her world, the struggle is real.

This adorable moment is indicative of the struggle that mothers across the world are confronted with on a daily basis. Even for those that are trying to find a quiet place to work from home, it quickly becomes apparent that bouncing from motherhood to workforce is never an easy task. In fact, it's never a streamlined task. Moms that have all types of various jobs completely relate to the fact that much like Elizabeth Hurley in this image, multi-tasking becomes an everlasting reality and sleep deprivation becomes very real.

Finding the perfect balance is hard on all of us, and just as Hurley reveals, “We all try. We all succeed in places, and we often feel like we failed in places." She went on to explain that one of the most difficult things for her to do during her days of juggling her career and motherhood was to actually make time for self-care. It became difficult to find time for herself, but she insisted on trying to find a way. “It’s hard, but you have to keep juggling and look after your own health,” said Hurley. “If we don’t care of ourselves, how can we take care of anybody else?”

As a loving, doting, working mom, Elizabeth Hurley is being hailed for keeping it real as she describes being a working mom by saying, “It’s ludicrously hard to try and do.”
