We all need a treat in this world right now, a little indulging never hurt anyone, especially when times are tough. Ice cream is a go-to for a lot of children (and their parents) when it comes to the perfect treat. What can make ice cream even better is when it is themed after a certain celeb or character.
Now, it is likely parents know who JoJo Siwa is thanks to their children’s obsession. Siwa is a dancer, singer, and actress who first shot to fame on the reality hit, Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition. She then went on to be a mega-millionaire working with Nickelodeon. Her big market mostly consists of over-sized bows that she is known for wearing all the time. It is hard to walk into any preteen store and see nothing with her sweet little face on it.
The new JoJo ice cream is being sold by Walmart, and it is called Sweet Celebrations. It is all kinds of awesome. At it’s very base it is a sugar cookie-flavored, reduced-fat ice cream, and it has purple and blue frosting swirls. It doesn’t stop there; it also has rainbow candies. It really is like someone took delicious sugar cookies, added some rainbows and turned it into a fun ice cream treat.
It is a normal-sized ice cream (48 oz) that can be found in the freezer section of Walmart. There has not been any information released on whether this is a seasonal treat, or if it is sticking around for a long time. We also don’t know if this is going to be exclusive to Walmart or if other stores are going to start selling it too.
The ice cream flavor seems to be a mirror to JoJo’s personality. She is known for being extremely bubbly, positive and sweet; so the ice cream flavor really seems to fit. Whoever worked to create this really took her attitude and demeanor into mind when thinking of what flavor it should be. The chances are that even if you have no intention of buying this, your child will see it on a shelf, and you will be bringing one (or five) home with you.
