This year's election season has been even spookier than this year's Halloween season, but these four-year-old twin girls are bringing some humor to both of these seasonal events that we can all appreciate. Koti and Haven Garza are from Oklahoma and were just newborns during the last presidential election in 2016.
This year, they dressed like each candidate up for election, and their costume designer AKA their mom did an amazing job. These costumes are so good! With one girl dressed like President Donald Trump and the other as Vice President Joe Biden, these costumes are hysterical and one of a kind.
They posed outside next to political yard signs and did their best impressions. For four-year-old who likely have no care for either of these men, they nailed it.
Their mom, Adrea Garza got the idea because the girls were born so close to election day four years ago, she knew she wanted to make the next election year special. Garza got everything she needed to make her girls into 70-something men and she got it all right.
Mini-Trump has an orange face and the infamous pouty lips. Little Biden has the signature aviators, slicked back white hair, and a black mask. Garza uploaded her adorable girls dressed as Trump and Biden to her TikTok account. To her surprise, it blew up and went viral. She was surprised but we're not. Considering how much laughter we all need this year this is a good thing and these costumes are amazing.
Little Koti was the Donald because she had the nice full lips to fill the part and is a pro at making this expression. Haven was obviously Biden, and according to her mom, really loved her white hair. Garza did get some negative comments from some who thought the girls should have been princesses and something else they chose. But she didn't let it bother her and explained that they do dress as princesses but she wanted to do something different and memorable for the year. She definitely did it.
No matter who is your preferred candidate, you can't doubt these girls are adorable and make the US 2020 Presidential election more fun. Let them be your daily reminder for any US citizen to get out there and vote!
