Khloé Kardashian may have given her boyfriend and baby daddy Tristan Thompson a second chance, but fans (and, really, social media as a whole) aren't as willing to let the NBA player off the hook any time soon.

As has been well-documented, Tristan was caught on camera cheating on Khloé shortly before the reality star was set to give birth to their daughter True Thompson. In fact, while Khloé was in labor fans debated about whether or not the Good American denim purveyor would want to keep the philandering guy in her life.

In the end, she chose to forgive (at least for now) but Tristan just can't seem to keep himself out of trouble with the general public. The Cleveland Cavaliers star is currently under fire for what he recently said about his daughter in comparison to how he feels about his young son, Prince Thompson, who he fathered during a previous relationship (that ended because of his cheating ways).

Tristan appeared on UNINTERRUPTED's Road Trippin' podcast with Richard Jefferson and Allie Clifton last week and it was there that he put himself in hot water with some poorly-worded remarks about True.

It started out innocent enough, he commented that the little girl is doing well in the sense that she's "eating, sleeping and, uh, s—ing. That’s all they do.”

He also described her as having a full head of hair and green eyes, adding that she was born 21-inches long (maybe a future athlete like her daddy?).

But then things took a turn when Tristan started to get into the particulars about how he feels it's different being the father of a girl as opposed to a boy. This is where fans are getting royally ticked off.

“I think with a girl, you’re just so much more emotionally like… with a boy, it’s just like, ‘Hey man, you’ll be all right man. Stop crying,'” he said. “But (with True), it’s like, 'True, it’s gonna be okay. You know, we’re right here. Daddy's here to feed you. It’s me! Look, yeah!' It’s way different, but it’s fun, though. It changes you."

People are furious for a few different reasons. For starters, they feel as though this comment makes it sound as though Tristan doesn't feel like he needs to be there for his 17-month-old son with Jordan Craig, a woman who he, once again, cheated on.

They're also peeved that he's playing into gender stereotypes by implying that girls aren't as strong as boys, and need a strong man to care for them. In reality, of course, all children want and need the love of their parents.

Currently, Tristan likely has more on his mind than the hate he's receiving on social media. The Cleveland Cavaliers are down two games in the NBA Finals against the Golden State Warriors.

Ouch.
