Whether you have young children, toddlers, or even teenagers on your hands, there is no denying the excitement that comes along when the words Toy Story 4 are spoken. This beloved movie series has been around for so many years and we are all attached to these sweet characters that have charmed our households. Knowing that fourth is that last one in the series makes our anticipation about its big reveal to be even more bittersweet.
This past Friday, Annie Potts, the actress who plays the voice of Little Bo Peep in the movie, revealed on Good Morning America that there might just be a plot twist in the final installment that none of us saw coming!
While Potts was visiting the GMA cast, she shared a clip from the movie that has had everyone wondering about Little Bo Peep and her love interests. It even left host George Stephanopoulos asking Potts if she finally chooses: Woody or Buzz. Of course, Potts replied with an “I think she’s made a choice now. I can only reveal so much.”
However, Stephanopoulos's question leaves a lot of diehard Toy Story fans a little bit confused, since there was never much of a love triangle there. Maybe he's never seen the movie?
Bo Peep was in the first two Toy Story movies and always very loyal to Woody. Buzz, on the other hand, had love interests that lead him other places: to cowgirl Jessie to be exact. And when we last saw the characters in Toy Story 3, Bo Peep and Woody were still together.
This obviously leaves us with so many questions and even more excited to finally be able to sit down in theaters and relieve all the excitement with our kids. The official release date for Toy Story 4 is set for June 21, 2019, and we are counting down the days and can't wait to see how things end for Buzz, Woody, and the whole gang.
