Tori Spelling has come under fire yet again, this time after fans claim she photoshopped a bathing suit picture on her Instagram page that was supposed to promote body positivity. Spelling is a busy mom of five kids with husband Dean McDermott. Together the couple, who recently celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary, are parents to Liam, 11, Stella, 10, Hattie, 6, Finn, 5, and Beau, 15 months.

The former 90210 actress posts a lot of sponsored content on her Instagram page, but it was a recent personal post that saw Spelling speaking openly about her post 5th baby body that had her fans outraged.

The picture shows Spelling wearing a one piece bathing suit standing on the stairs to a pool as she writes about her struggles to "bounce back" after having son Beau 15 months ago.

"After having my 5th baby I have to admit my body didn’t bounce back the way it did with the first 4! But I’ve been working at it and eating and playing to live my best life and I feel like its showing!" she wrote about the bathing suit picture.

While Spelling wrote that all her "hard work was finally paying off" many of her fans and followers suspected that the reality star enlisted the help of some Photoshop to edit herself thin. Most were outraged that the actress, author and reality star would feel that she needed to allegedly manipulate her photo, especially when she is talking about coming to terms with her own changing body.

"Sorry Tori i think you are great but the photoshop is not...it so easy to see that its not the real you...please if you say you are not ashamed of you body post a true pic...,' wrote one unimpressed fan.

“This is the worst edited photo ever… don’t talk about body image and being positive when you clearly edited the photo,” wrote another commenter.

Others called out Spelling for not being true to herself and not helping other women be accepting of their bodies.

"Why is this photoshopped?? If you’re proud and comfortable you don’t need photoshop hun, we as women need to empower each other not tear us down, much love and God Bless," another wrote.

"So sad…be proud of that body that housed all your babies…no need for the BAD photoshop, you look gorgeous without it.xxx"

While many fans came to Spelling's defense, it's clear the message was received. Spelling has since removed the post from her Instagram account. Fans called out the picture noting that the rail of the stairs she's leaning against looked manipulated, while also commenting on how blurry her bathing suit appeared down the middle.
