Parent shamers on the internet usually come for celebrity moms, but sometimes dads get it too. Football player Tom Brady is coming under fire for jumping off a cliff with his young daughter. In the clip, which he shared on Instagram, he holds his her hand as they jump. And of course, people are having feelings.

"If Vivi is going to be an Olympic champion one day, it probably won’t be in synchronized diving," reads the caption to the post. Vivi is his six-year-old daughter Vivian, who he shares with wife Gisele Bundchen.

Vivian calmly stands waiting as Brady makes his way towards her. Once they're sorted, he holds her hand and they jump. Naturally, because Brady is the larger of the two, he goes first, pulling the girl close behind him. Though he never leaves her side, people are expressing concern about him putting the girl in harm's way.

"Absolutely the most stupid and dangerous thing for a 6 yr. old child to do. You should be ASHAMED," reads a comment on Instagram.

"You KNOW I have complete faith in you as a man, friend, player and father - but this just gave me anxiety. Geeezus," Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson said, adding a laughing emoji and clapping hands.

Watching the video, it is easy to see why people are nervous. But it is also worth noting that the little girl never looks scared. Surely, if Tom Brady felt she was nervous, he wouldn't have forced her to jump. But, it is still at least a five foot jump down, and there are rocks.

ESPN also shared the clip on their Twitter, giving more people space to comment. "Bad parenting? His daughter almost broke her arm. NFL should consider punishment," reads one tweet.

Of course, there are people who are supporting Brady's decision. "Private life with your family is just that " private "," reads on comment via Instagram. While another person says on Twitter: "I don't see the big deal surrounding this. Jees it wasn't much of a "Cliff"."

Tom Brady isn't responding to anyone's comments on social media, nor has he released any statements. Obviously, he's allowed to do whatever he wants with his children. But, if he's going to do something dangerous, he may want to reconsider sharing it to a public forum. Luckily, Vivian looks just fine.
