If there was one show a lot of moms watched when they were younger it is Saved By The Bell. Moms tuned into that show every day to see what the gang was up to. Well, the gang is all grown up now and they have children and lives of their own and it is always nice to see our favorite stars all grown up and loving life.

We also like when they have nuggets of information to share with us about parenting. Speaking of ‘nuggets’ if a mom can only get her child to eat chicken nuggets, a SBTB alum has some hacks that worked for her family when she wanted to get her kids to eat more healthy.

Tiffani Thiessen has not been on the acting scene lately, but that could be because she is a busy mom of two. Tiffani played the iconic role of Kelly Kapowski on the show, and all of the girls wanted to be her when they were growing up. Tiffani has two young children, Harper and Colt, with her husband Brady Smith and she shared her tips that she used when she was getting her kids to stop being fussy eaters, according to US Weekly.

She said that a big part in helping them eat healthy was to get them involved in growing their own food. She said that the ability to show her children how food starts as a little seed and how they helped nurture it to grow really helped them be more open to eat them.

Tiffani was also understanding that not everyone has access to be able to grow their own food, but she had hacks for them too. She explained that when they were little, they like soft food. So, she found ways to incorporate vegetables into foods that she knew her children would eat.

She said that she would make a Risotto and she would roast vegetables and then blend them so that they were really creamy. She also wanted to reassure parents that everything in life is a stage and if nothing seems to be working, don’t fret too much, they will get there eventually.
