These Star Wars Instant Pots Will Take Your Cooking To A Galaxy Far Far Away

Darth Vader & R2D2 Star Wars Instant Pot

It's hard to think of a time when Star Wars wasn't insanely popular. Right now, its popularity is off the charts. Between the final installment coming in just a few weeks and being able to get all the content on Disney+, Star Wars is everywhere. Including in the kitchen. Williams Sonoma, our favorite store, just released special edition Star Wars Instant Pots and they're super cool.

That's right, the kitchen appliance that's taken the world by storm and the mega movie franchise are coming together for an epic collaboration. You can get one of five special designs to make your kitchen feel a little more like a galaxy far, far away. One of these Instant Pots are a must have for your favorite Star Wars loving home cook. Because not only do they need one of the beloved multi-purpose cookers, but they need one that looks like Darth Vader.

For those who may not be familiar with the Instant Pot, they really are one of the best multi-purpose cookers you can get. Each one has seven different functions: pressure, cooker, slow cooker, yogurt, rice cooker, steamer, sauté pan, and warmer. Additionally, there are 13 built in programs, including soup/broth, meat/stew, bean/chilli, poultry, rice, multigrain, etc. As the temperatures are dropping, being able to make warm, hearty meals sounds totally reasonable. And one of the best things about the Instant Pot is that you can set it 24 hours in advance.

Being able to make things ahead of the time is one of many draws of the Instant Pot. That and the fact that you can make big batches makes it an absolute must have. And these Star Wars are a special edition, so you almost have to get one.

The special edition Star Wars Instant Pot comes in three different sizes and five different characters. It seems they've gone classic with their character choices. The standard six quart Instant Pot comes dressed up as either R2D2, Darth Vader or a Storm trooper. And they retail for $100. Looking for something a bit more compact? Then you can get the three quart Instant Pot that looks like the cutest droid in the galaxy, Bb8 ($80.) But if you're looking for a monster size, the eight quart looks like everyone's favorite giant wooke, Chewbacca ($120.)

Want to surprise your favorite with this special edition collaboration? You better hurry up and order before they sell out. You can find the Star Wars Instant Pot collaboration on the Williams Sonoma website.
