The holidays are filled with so much good food, it can get to be a little much sometimes! There's delicious dinners and treats and chocolates, and of course, all the cookies you could possibly eat. Even if you're not a baker, you probably find yourself baking your booty off during the holiday season. Or maybe baking your booty bigger - those cookies add up! But it's the holidays, and we're allowed to go a little crazy, right? However, at some point, you'll probably get your fill of cookies. We know, we know, that doesn't seem possible. Get tired of cookies? Whoever heard of such a thing! When the time comes and the sight of another sugar cookie makes you want to go full Grinch, it might be time for a cocktail. So why not kill two birds with one stone, and make yourself a sugar cookie martini or a candy cane martini? It's the best of both worlds when it comes to holiday treats!

Food blogger Crazy for Crust shared a delicious recipe for a sweet, holiday-themed take on the classic martini. These would be perfect for a cookies and cocktails party, or to sip on Christmas Eve while you're waiting for Santa to do his thing. It's like a cocktail and dessert in one, so really, you're eliminating the middle man with this drink.

The best part is, you can totally customize it to your liking. If you want a straight sugar cookie martini, you'll need vanilla vodka, amaretto, and either sugar cookie and vanilla flavored coffee creamer. Combine one ounce of the vanilla vodka, one ounce of amaretto, and two ounces of the creamer in a shaker with ice, and shake vigorously. Rim the edge of a martini glass with sugar, then pour the shaken drink into the glass. You can even garnish it with a little sugar cookie or maybe some sugared berries or cranberries. And then, bottoms up!

If sugar cookie isn't your thing, she also has a recipe for a candy cane martini that sounds seriously perfection. Not only does it have your favorite festive flavor, but it's so pretty it will look amazing on any holiday table.

Now remember, these martinis pack a pretty potent punch, so while you'll normally go back for seconds or thirds when it comes to cookies, you might want to exercise a little more restraint with this adult version.
