Working from home is the norm for many people these days, but it definitely comes with its fair share of challenges! While most people are busy trying to keep their children quiet when on a conference call or are attempting to juggle homeschooling while conducting meetings, one news reporter was simply trying to film a segment without any interruptions not from any children in the house, but from her own father.

Jessica Lang is a reporter for Suncoast News Network in Tampa who, like many reporters, is currently working from home. Lang was recently filming a news segment in her kitchen on the coronavirus when her father unknowingly walked into the room. As if that wasn't funny enough, her dad was shirtless, pulling his shirt over his head at the time! Lang's mother was filming the segment and must have made a face as her husband approached because Lang quickly reacted.

"What, what did you do mom?", Lang says, clearly noticing a change on her mother, Diana's face as she films her news segment. Lang turns to see her father, Kevin, pulling his shirt over his head. “Dad, holy crap!” she yells. Her father simply turns around and walks in the other direction! Thankfully, Lang's segment wasn't live, but she still uploaded the funny outtake to Twitter writing, "Work from home they said, it’ll be fine they said."

This is definitely the lighthearted content we need during these trying times. Lang's video quickly went viral and has been viewed more than 834k times. Lang's father has become something of a mini-celebrity thanks to his video-bomb.  "I’d like a “Dad! Holy Crap!” t-shirt. Thank you." wrote one viewer on Twitter, while another added, "I’m having beers with Mr. Lang when this is all over." Even pro football Hall of Famer Warren Sapp chimed in writing, "That’s your Dad’s house!! #PotAndWindow." Lang replied that her father was a big fan, but that it was already "take 28" and that "it was a struggle."

Most people are dealing with juggling their children and their work responsibilities as they work from home, so it's funny to see that sometimes it's the parents who need to be told to stay quiet and put their clothes on! Hopefully next time Lang gives her father a heads-up when she's going to be filming in the kitchen!
