When Pretty Little Liars and You star Shay Mitchell revealed several months ago that she'd had a miscarriage last year, our hearts broke for her. But there's a rainbow in Shay's future, and she took to Instagram and YouTube to share the amazing news!
The 32-year-old actress got very candid in January when she shared the news that she had suffered a miscarriage. She called for people to be more compassionate and and empathetic with one another, since none of us know what someone else may be going through. We know what a difficult road that must have been, and we couldn't agree more with her message.
But Shay Mitchell's latest Instagram post revealed much better news for the star! Shay was looking amazing in the topless photo, sporting her growing baby bump. She jokingly asked if her pregnancy meant she could use the carpool lanes now (we wish, Shay!). Shay also announced her pregnancy in a teaser for her new bi-weekly YouTube series, Almost Ready.
Shay and her boyfriend, TV host Matte Babel, appear in the video together. The two have been dating since 2017, and this will be their first child together. Congrats on the pregnancy, Shay! We hope everything goes smoothly, and we can't wait to see that beautiful baby!
