Self-care can be as simple as taking time to put on some nail polish or do an at-home facial, or as extravagant as taking a girls' trip with friends. Pampering yourself with a bubble bath and a glass of wine or indulging in a hobby just for the fun of it (not just sewing to fix your kid's busted seam but to create something that you want to make or baking because it relaxes you, not for the class party next week).

Moms deserve something special just for themselves, and when they care for themselves, the entire family is better off.
