We get it. Monday sucks. Here’s a hilarious video of Moira from Schitt’s Creek saying the word “bébé” over and over again. You’re welcome.

Unless you're a connoisseur of Canadian content, you might be completely confounded by just what the heck Schitt's Creek is. So to get you up to speed, it's a hilarious comedy airing on the CBC--that's the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. It's like the BBC, only it doesn't have nearly as much public funding.

That said, the CBC does have a lot of funny people working for them, and thus they make a lot of hilarious comedies. Shows like Kim's Convenience and Baroness von Sketch Show are both great examples, but neither has had the success of Schitt's Creek.

Schitt's Creek is the tale of a well-to-do family brought low by circumstance. Johnny Rose was the wealthy founder of a video store franchise while his wife Moira is a former soap opera star. They both lose their fortunes due to a former business manager and have to rebuild their lives in Schitt's Creek, a town they had bought as a joke for their son's birthday back in 1991. Their uptown ways soon clash with the smalltown locals, and hilarity ensues.

But even without the change in scenery, some of the family’s quirks are just hilarious on their own. For example, Moira is completely incapable of properly pronouncing the word “baby.” Instead, it always comes out as “bébé” (or “bay-bay,” in case you’re not familiar with French accents).

Schitt’s Creek is currently in its 6th and final season, so one Schitt’s Creek fan decided to send the show off with a montage video of Moira saying bébé over and over again. There are a bunch of great bébé-lines from the show, including, "Where is bébé's chamber?" and "She has no idea the toll a bébé can take on its mother, or its mother's mother."

Moira also refers to her collection of wigs as bébés, making the last line of this video the best of all.

Schitt's Creek is about to begin its syndication on Fox Television Stations in the US this fall, so keep an eye out for the show if you like what you see here.
