'Teen Mom' Fans Are Worried About Ryan Edwards' Health

Fans of the hit MTV reality show Teen Mom OG know that cast member Ryan Edwards has been through some tough times over the years. The father of cast favorite Macy Bookout’s 9-year-old son Bentley has not only been arrested multiple times in connection with drug use but even spent time in prison as a result. His troubles with drugs have been documented on the reality show, and despite having been through rehab multiple times fans are concerned that the reality star is using again after wife Mackenzie Standifer posted a recent photo on social media.

Edwards and Standifer share 9-month-old son Jagger and are expecting a daughter in January, and have kept a relatively low profile on social media since Edwards' substance abuse issues came to light. Standifer recently posted a picture of their blended family on Instagram causing fans to be convinced that Edwards is once again using drugs.

“I have a fever and Hudson won’t look but this is real life with our kids and I love it” she captioned the picture that featured herself and Edwards smiling at the camera alongside Edwards’ son Bentley, Standifer’s son Hudson and little Jagger sitting in a stroller. Fans and followers were quick to comment on Edwards’ appearance in the picture.

"And Ryan looks high."

"Ryan is as high as a kite. If she doesn’t see that, I feel bad. You can tell right away bro."

"U can’t ignore those eyes."

"He is still on drugs. Look at his eyes."

"Ryan is HIGH as a kite."

"His eyes never hide his addiction."

Many fans came to Edwards’ defense, with comments like, "Honestly Ryan looks really good," and "Beyond confused as to why some people feel the need comment that they think Ryan looks high. No, he doesn’t look high. He looks genuinely happy and healthy."

The couple, who quit Teen Mom OG last year amid Edwards’ legal issues and the couple’s desire to not have him portrayed as a recovering addict, returned to the show this year, with sources stating they needed the money. "They went through all their money," a source close to the couple told Radar Online. "That is the only reason they continue to film."

Here’s hoping the couple is both healthy and happy and ready for their newest baby girl that’s due in January.
