CW: some of the language is a little aggressive. The minute that a dad learns he's going to have a daughter, there's a tendency to be overprotective of his baby girl. Some dads joke that they won't let their daughters date until their 30, while others find fault in every single boy that their daughters bring home. Daughters are no doubt embarrassed by their overprotective dads but for the most part, know that its all talk. Aleisha Stubley from Middlesbrough in North Yorkshire, England, is one daughter that may have underestimated her dad's over-protectiveness when she had her new boyfriend over for dinner. After introducing her new boyfriend, Andy to the family, Aleisha referred to herself as "mortified" when her dad whipped out a laminated questionnaire with 9 questions in total on it for Andy to answer. She snapped a picture of the list and shared it to her Twitter account along with the caption. "Came out for tea with Andy and my family for the first time, my father just gave him this lmfaoooooooooooo f*ck off. [sic]" [EMBED_TWITTER]https://twitter.com/aleishastubley/status/1188886044223180800[/EMBED_TWITTER] If anyone thought the list was for show, they were wrong as dad went on to properly interview his daughter's new beau. The list started off by making sure that Andy had given some thought to his future by asking "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" Next, dad had some questions that made sure that Andy was in the relationship for the right reasons. He wanted to know what qualities Andy saw in Aleisha that made him think she would someday be a good wife, then he hit him with the classic  question, "What are your intentions with my daughter?"
A questionnaire for a man that could one day be your son-in-law wouldn't be complete without questions about character and while it may have been a little embarrassing to Aleisha and Andy, dad didn't blink when he asked Andy what his history with pornography was? Dad also wanted to know if Andy had a temper and in a later question, he also wanted to learn more about Andy's sexual history.
Dad asked both Aleisha and Andy what they liked doing together which is insightful because there comes a time when the newness of a relationship wears off and if you don't have some things that you genuinely love doing together, you may find out that you had a surface relationship all along. In a final question, perhaps in all seriousness, but maybe to lighten the mood a little, dad ended the interview asking Andy "Will you be prepared to look after my beehive when I go on holiday?" Aleisha received thousands of likes and comments from people who thought the list was not only clever but hilarious. Aleisha let everyone that she found the whole thing to be hilarious and assured everyone that this type of humor from her dad was completely normal.
