Polly Pocket may have changed a little bit since you were a kid, but she and her pals are back on the toy scene. In February, Mattel revealed they were relaunching the popular product line that was sadly discontinued in the late 1990s. They also announced they were introducing an animated series, inspired by the line. To further celebrate the new-and-improved Polly Pocket, Mattel has come up with a genius idea: they are taking Polly and her pals on a mall tour.

The Polly Pocket Tiny Is Mighty mall tour is hitting the road this October, bringing the Polly and her friends all over the country. “Get ready to Go Tiny! Discover Polly Pocket’s pocket-sized world filled with big fun and even bigger adventures!” reads the landing page devoted to the tour. “Come sing and dance with Polly Pocket, explore her tiny world and create your own totally cute keepsake!”

The tour is kicking off in Brea, California on Oct. 13, according to their website. There are seven other tour dates and all are in the United States, minus one in Toronto, Canada.

  • Brea Mall – Brea, CA – October 13 - 14
  • Woodland Hills Mall – Tulsa, OK – October 20 - 21
  • King of Prussia Mall – King of Prussia, PA – October 27 - 28
  • Gurnee Mills – Gurnee, IL – November 3 - 4
  • Vaughan Mills Mall, Ontario, Canada – November 10 - 11
  • Smith Haven Mall – Lake Grove, NY – November 17 - 18
  • Opry Mills Shopping Center – Nashville, TN – November 24 - 25
  • Miami International Mall – Doral, FL – December 1 - 2

Stops of the Tiny is Mighty tour will include awesome activities for all ages. These include the Polly’s Adventure Course, where Polly Pocket fans "can demonstrate that they are courageous and tenacious while mastering the course," according to Mattel. This Adventure Course will include such things as a Button Rock Wall, the Polly’s Soda Lookout Platform, and a slide down a huge inflatable flamingo that ends in a ball pit. Um, can you say, fun!

There will also be a Cupcake Compact Karaoke Stage, where kids can sing and dance, and Polly’s Free Play Zone, where kids can sample all of the Polly Pocket toys, themed crafts and photo opps.

So if you want to get your kids as psyched about Polly Pockets as you were, it might not be a bad idea to head to your local mall!
