It's been a busy few years for Grammy-winning artist Pink. The mother of two just wrapped up her Beautiful Trauma tour that she began back in March of 2018 and is ready to take a much-deserved break to focus on other priorities. As she walked the red carpet during this week's Country Music Awards, Pink revealed that she's going to be taking a bit of time off to focus on her family.

Pink was performing the song "Love Me Anyway" with fellow artist Chris Stapelton at the awards show and during the red carpet interviews she explained to Entertainment Tonight that it was time to take a bit of a break from touring and working and focus on her family after releasing two albums and embarking on one world tour.

Pink, who walked the red carpet alongside husband Carey Hart and children Willow and Jameson explained that "we did 2 1/2 years, and Willow is back in school now, and Jameson's gonna start preschool soon, so it's kind of the year of the family," she explained. She also went on to give a nod to Hart, who has always been very supportive of his wife's career. "Carey has a lot going on as well," she explained of why she's taking a break from music. "He is super supportive. He follows me around the world, and now it's his turn."

Pink also joked that her husband "deserved a trophy" when she was reminded that her 14th wedding anniversary was quickly approaching. "We used to make a big deal out of it" the singer mentioned, "now we're just lucky to be together!" The couple has had their share of troubles in the past, with Pink telling Ellen DeGeneres during a 2016 appearance,  “We’ve had two breaks. The first one was about a year. And the second one was 11 months.”

After seeking marriage counseling the couple became stronger than ever and welcomed daughter Willow in 2011 and son Jameson in 2016. When asked how the couple manages to keep the flame alive after being married for so long, the singer responded that "We fight nicer."

Pink is definitely focusing on her family, bringing her children to the CMA's after previously walking the red carpet with them at last week's People's Choice Awards. She told ET that she loves to have her kids at awards shows with her because "They have so much fun, and there is so much to see and that's pretty cool."

They are definitely a pretty cool family!
