If you’ve ever wanted a job that allows you to pet dogs for several hours at a time, you might finally be in luck. That’s because there’s a new report that says you can get paid up to $100 an hour just to spend time with several furry four-legged friends at a time. And no, we are not kidding about this, either.

Mutts Canine Cantina in Fort Worth, Texas, is looking for available people who want to spend their afternoons hanging out with man’s best friend in their newest location in the city. All you need to do is be a responsible and reliable person, know how to have a good time, and be prepared to just chill out with a dog for several hours at a time at a hip and modern Puptern. And of course, prove to the world that you are a serious animal lover, too.

The company shared their job advertisement online and needless to say, it’s gone viral in a matter of days. Because seriously, who wouldn’t want to get paid $100 an hour just to pet a dog and hang out at the coolest dog-friendly spot in Fort Worth? There are very few people who would actually say no.

The ad says, “Show us your puppy petting skills! Do you have what it takes to be the first-ever MUTTS Puptern at our brand new location in Fort Worth Post a photo or video by 11/12 that shows us your puppy petting skills and use #MUTTSpuptern and tag @muttscantina for a chance to be hired as our Puptern and get PAID $100 per hour to pet puppies at our new location!”

The only other criteria for the job is that you need to be at least 18 years old and not have any allergies to dogs. And while many people think that this sounds too good to be true, the owners at Puptern insist that it is a serious internship. They also have reiterated that only serious applicants should apply for the position, although that hasn’t stopped hundreds of people from sending their job applicants anyway.

And while it’s without a doubt that many people would love to hang out with dogs – and get paid for it too – there’s only one thing stopping us: the distance it takes to fly or drive to Fort Worth everyday! But this also goes without saying that yes, dream jobs do exist (unless you happen to be a cat lover, that is).
