All of our holiday dreams just came true.

What is one of the things we all look forward to this time of year? Hallmark movies! They capture the true meaning of the season and all the love story goodness that goes along with it. If these movies don't put you into the holiday spirit, then start getting motivated by putting up your holiday decor while listening to some Christmas music, ASAP.

This year, there is an even bigger incentive to get you into the holiday spirit: money. One-thousand dollars is up for grabs, if you watch twenty-four Hallmark movies in twelve days, according to Fast Company. Sounds like a challenge we're willing to take on!

We know this might sound too good to be true, so make sure to read the restrictions and details before applying for this alluring offer.

One important detail is that the contest is actually not being run by Hallmark. Internet Service Partners, which is a third-party sales agent for CenturyLink, doing business as CenturyLinkQuote.com, is the company offering this enticing incentive. We realize this isn't a company most people have heard of, but the contest is still legit.

To enter, you are asked to share quite a chuck of personal information, including your name, occupation, age, phone number, and zip code. It’s also not clear what happens to that data afterwards. However, the fine print says the information, “will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent,” but it doesn’t say if it’s used for marketing purposes or otherwise deleted once the contest ends.

Then, only one “winner” will be required to post about his/her moving-watching experience on their social media accounts. If you want to get technical, add the time spent posting to social media, as well as 48-hours worth of movie watching time, and the breakdown is basically giving you $20 per hour. It's also important to note that if you do win, you are agreeing to let Internet Service Partners use your name and image in “any publicity material.”

So as magical as this contest sounds, it might be more fun to just enjoy this season's Hallmark lineup for your own viewing pleasure. However, the choice is up to you.
