Well, Olivia Jade is back on YouTube! The influencer posted her first YouTube video after taking nearly 9 months off when her parents, Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli, were charged with their alleged roles in the whole college admission scandal debacle. When all that scandal blew up, the 20-year-old star when MIA and silent on social media. Until now.

On Sunday, December 1st, Olivia Jade posted her first video to her YouTube channel since March 10th. Titled "Hi again," she welcomed everyone back.

"Hi everybody, it’s Olivia Jade. Welcome back to my YouTube channel. Obviously, I’ve been gone for a really long time," she starts the two-minute long video. She didn't hide the awkward elephant in the room and addressed her absence and that she wont be discussing what we were all hoping she would.

She told her viewers pretty quickly that she won't be talking about the college bribery scandal because she's "legally not allowed to speak on anything" related to it. She goes on to say that she wasn't sure when or if she would come back to the platform, addressing her uncertainty because she wishes she could talk about the scandal, but can't.

"There’s no point in me just talking for 10 minutes to the camera about how I wish I could say something when I really can’t, so I’m gonna leave it at that," Olivia said. "Thank you so much for your patience or if you’ve stuck around for nine months just waiting, I really appreciate it."

"This is the best I can do and I want to move on with my life,” Olivia Jade shared saying that she was worried about sounding selfish. "It’s so hard because I’m not trying to make this about me or how I’ve been because that’s not the point of this."

We imagine, given all the press and attention the scandal with her parents have had, that coming back into the public eye on her own terms isn't easy. She adds, "Though I’m terrified to make this video and to come back, I know that I also want to start taking smaller steps in the right direction."

"The moral of the story is, I’ve missed you guys so much and I’m just really excited to start filming again and to start uploading and I really hope you enjoy the vlog," she said.

She ended her video saying, "Thank you for watching. I’ll see you soon."

Surprisingly, Olivia left the comments on for her YouTube video, given the scale of the scandal and the curious minds wonder if she'd ever come back. It's not surprising though that since the video went live, it's so far seen 1,441,029 views and 23,673 Comments.

Wonder what she'll chat about next time.
