Winter is in full swing and honestly, it's not great. As the temperatures drop, the sickness levels seem to rise. Germs are spreading, which means everyone is stuck indoors a lot. Usually sick days are for things like cuddles and watching lots of movies. Usually our kiddos want to watch the same movies and shows over and over again. But everyone once in a while we may be able to convince them to try something new. Since February is coming, that means Netflix is adding a new crop of programming to put a little variety in what your kiddos are watching.
True: Happy Hearts Day, the Valentine's Day special for the Netflix original show drops on February 1st. On Happy Hearts Day, the happiest day of the year, True and her best friend Bartleby the cat go on an adventure to spread joy. They decide to bring Glummy Glooma a heart and that's where things go awry. Glummy releases a blue heart, which makes everything as sad and gloomy as he is! True and Bartleby have to save the happiest day of the year from becoming the "gloomiest day ever!"
February seems to be the month of second seasons. Not only do we get season two of the anime The Dragon Prince, but we also get season two of The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants. The show is another installment of Netflix adaptations of Dreamworks films, which also include Trolls and Boss Baby.
