Type the URL http://www.netflix.com/browse/genre/INSERTNUMBER into your browser, but instead of INSERTNUMBER, you'll type in one of the holiday movie codes. Then you'll have access to ALL the movies in that genre! Let's say you're looking for Christmas movies for your kids - you'll enter code 1474017. Or maybe you want some cheesy holiday rom-coms. You need code 1394527 for that. Pretty much every holiday movie you can imagine is coded into a genre, and easily searchable thanks to this secret Netflix hack.
