It looks like things aren't so amicable between Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green. The couple, who split back in May after 10 years of marriage, share three children together, Noah, 8, Bodhi, 6, and Journey, 3. Although the couple was notoriously private during their time together, Fox very publicly called out Green for a recent Instagram post that she felt was painting her as an "absent parent."

The post that Fox took issue with was a picture of Green and the couple's youngest son Journey both dressed in costume for Halloween. The picture was captioned "Hope you all had a good Halloween!!" Fox was seemingly upset that the father of three chose to include their youngest child in the picture. "Why does Journey have to be in this picture? It's not hard to crop them out. Or choose photos that they aren't in," Fox commented. "I had a great halloween with them yesterday, and yet notice how absent they are from my social media. I know you love your kids. But I don't know why you can't stop using them to posture via Instagram," Fox wrote.

The actress then accused her ex of being passive-aggressive by including Journey in the picture and implying that she was missing from fun celebrations like Halloween. "You're so intoxicated with feeding the pervasive narrative that I'm an absent mother, and you are the perennial, eternally dedicated dad of the year. You have them half of the time," she made a point of writing. "Congratulations you truly are a remarkable human! Why do you need the internet to echo back to you what should be inexhaustibly evident in the way your children love you?"

Green did remove the post and crop Journey out of the picture and reposted it with the same caption.

Fox shared her own Halloween pictures on Instagram but none of them included her children.

Green also shares 18-year-old son Kassius with his former Beverly Hills 90210 castmate Vanessa Marcil. Marcil seemed to make her opinions on the Instagram exchange between her ex and Fox clear when she posted her own post on Instagram that read, "Like I said....The Truth always comes out in the end...." using the caption #ImWithYouSister.

Although Fox hasn't commented much on the couple's split, Green made an appearance on Dax Holt and Adam Glyn's Hollywood Raw podcast back in August and spoke about the longtime couple's split. "I think the realization for us is we can't take the view that it won't affect the kids, because it will. I think it's up to us, and parents in general, how it affects your kids," he said.

"Whether it's a really negative experience or it's OK and they feel safe in it and feel loved. Everyone still loves and respects everyone, things are just different. It's not bad different, it's just different." He went on to add that "I wish Megan the absolute best in everything. I want her to be completely happy, for her, for the kids. That's super important."
