Brows are still having their moment, as they should. After all, their shape can completely change a face (something we all wish we would've known before we went for the pencil thin look in the nineties). But, because we simply can't have nice things, beauty enthusiasts continue their attempts to redefine the brow with gimmicky versions. Remember braided brows? Squiggle brows? Just...no.

Granted, there have been some far-out brow trends that we could get behind. Rainbow brows looked kind of adorable if you also love to go with a bold hue for your mane. And glitter brows could be a temporary, fun, girls' night out style. But the latest brow "trend" is taking things way too far.

Meet "McDonald's Arches Brows." You heard us right -- brows meant to emulate the the arches made famous by the popular fast food chain. Beauty influencer-turned-mogul Huda Kattan started the trend as a joke. But you just can't joke about brows because people will start asking questions and run with it.

Because Huda is such a big deal in the beauty world, others decided to tackle her take on "McDonald's Arches Brows" in their own way. And, boy, are they interesting. We're all about self-expression, but we're thinking this style is best left to the social media community and should not be incorporated into street style. But, hey, what do we know? Perhaps the McDonald's arches will make their way onto runways during Fashion Week in September. When it comes to brows, all things are possible.

Still, we're hoping this trend moves as fast as the food McDonald's serves -- speedily running through the trend machine until it's a thing of the past -- like squiggle brows.

And while we're on the subject, we're a little surprised no one has tried to turn their brows golden to match the McDonald's arches. Wouldn't that truly complete the look? We probably shouldn't be offering any ideas to boost the sensation, but it does feel like a valid question.

Perhaps the next brow take will be in the shape of a crown for Burger King, or burrito brows in honor of Chipotle?

A girl can dream.
