Learning the ABC's means your little one is growing up, and teaching them the alphabet is one of the first steps to early reading and language comprehension. Now that Baby John isn't so much of a baby anymore, Mommy has decided it's time for him to learn the letters of the alphabet. Your little one will love to follow along as Mommy teaches Baby John the ABC's.

Baby John has a stack of foam puzzle pieces each with a letter of the alphabet on them, so Mommy decides it's the perfect time to play an ABC game with Baby John. Mommy starts by writing the letter A on a piece of paper and asks Baby John to find the matching foam puzzle piece. Baby John picks up the wrong piece at first but soon his big sister Jill arrives and helps him out. Mommy then sings a catchy song and points out different things that all start with the letter A.

Next is B, but Baby John is still having trouble finding the foam puzzle piece. Thankfully big brother Jack arrives just in time to give Baby John some help. Mommy shows them different items that start with the letter B before moving on to C. This time Daddy shows up just when Baby John needs a bit of help, and Mommy once again shows everyone all sorts of different things that start with the letter C. Mommy repeats the same thing for the letters D and E before asking Baby John if he can name all the letters in the correct order.

Baby John, along with some help from Jill, Jack, and Daddy begins to put all the foam puzzle pieces in alphabetical order, while everyone sings the alphabet song. Soon Baby John has created the entire alphabet out of foam letters and he's so very proud of his accomplishment.

Learning the ABC's can be a bit tough, but with lots of practice and some help from friends and family members, toddlers will get the hang of it in no time! This video is the perfect way for your own child to learn their letters and practice naming different animals, objects and foods that begin with each letter. There's nothing better than having your child learn while also being entertained!
