Kylie Jenner's daughter Stormi Webster had a scary weekend. The billionaire mother of one posted a picture of herself cuddling her 1-year-old daughter as she snuggled up asleep against her chest on her Instagram story. In the caption, Jenner explained that the toddler experienced a scary situation where she had an allergic reaction that prompted Jenner to bring her daughter to the hospital.
"Spent the day in the hospital with my baby," Jenner began her post. before giving a few more details. "She had an allergic reaction but is 100% okay now and we are home. Nothing else matters when these things happen. God bless all the moms with sick babies. I'm sending so much love and positive energy your way," she continued.
Jenner didn't elaborate on what her daughter had a reaction to, but fans were grateful to hear that the toddler was doing "100% okay" and was back home with her mother. This isn't the first time one of the Kar/Jenner children has ended up in the hospital recently due to an allergic reaction, either. Saint West, Stormi's cousin and the son of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West recently had to pay a visit to the ER after the family discovered he may have an allergy to grass, Grandma Kris Jenner told Refinery 29.
"We went to Palm Springs and Saint, my little grandson, we discovered he might be allergic to grass. We ended up in the E.R., but all is well — we figured it out," the famous momager said. Jenner also explained that Kourtney's son Mason also had to be rushed to the hospital when he was a baby after his first encounter with peanut butter. "He had a peanut butter allergy for the longest time. He’s fine now. The scariest is always the first time."
Thankfully for Kylie and little Stormi, the reaction wasn't more serious and the toddler is home and doing fine and the first time will also be the last time. Jenner has been open about how motherhood has changed her since welcoming little Stormi, telling Interview Germany that she always wanted to be a young mother. "I remember people used to ask, “are you ready for this?” And I always knew I was ready but you don’t know what that love and that feeling is like until after you have a child," she told the magazine.
"She really comes before me so that is a lot to take in at a young age but I feel like I was definitely made for this and she has changed my life for the better. The way that I look at things is a lot more positive and I really feel like my life didn’t start until I had her."
We're so happy to hear that Stormi is fine and that her reaction was nothing too serious.
