Flowers are nice and so are homemade cards, but what many mothers want on mother's day is simply some time to actually enjoy their day, and that often means without the kids. Mother's Day is almost here and while moms are supposed to take the day to celebrate themselves and their own mothers, it's sometimes hard to do that when you have little kids. Kraft wants to help moms celebrate their day by making it easier to hire a babysitter so they can spend some much needed time away doing whatever it is they want to do.

Kraft, the company behind your child's favorite easy to make mac and cheese, wants to help moms "do a little less mothering" this mother's day by helping to pay for babysitting services. In fact, the company is offering up to $100 towards babysitting costs up to a maximum of $50,000! Kraft seems to recognize that many mothers don't actually get to enjoy Mother's Day because they're so busy being a mom and while it is truly an amazing job, it's nice to have a bit of kid-free time too.

"Mother's Day is a day to celebrate Mom in all of her greatness, but we know the holiday doesn't stop the challenges of motherhood -- temper tantrums, sleepless nights and picky eaters," said Sergio Eleuterio, head of marketing for Kraft. "With Kraft Mother's Day Away, we are giving moms across the country the chance to have what they secretly really want: some time for themselves."

Kraft decided to celebrate moms by making it very easy to enjoy some much needed time away from the kids. All you have to do is hire a babysitter on Mother's Day, this Sunday, May 12 so you can enjoy a bit of well deserved "me time" without kids. Then visit the Kraft Mother's Day Away website and submit a receipt of payment for your babysitter and Kraft will reimburse you for up to $100! Which means you may be actually able to enjoy dinner and a movie or simply soak up those sweet child-free hours going for a massage or hitting up the local bookstore in peace. Whatever you want to do, you get to do it without kids. Now that's what every mom wants for mother's day!

If you don't have a receipt from an official babysitting service, the company will also accept a signed note from your babysitter confirming their payment. You need to act quickly though because receipts will only be accepted up until 11:59 PM on May 19 or while funds last, whichever comes sooner.

The company does note that it may take six to eight weeks to receive your reimbursement.
