There is never a shortage of drama in the Teen Mom world! From Jenelle Evans' dramatic firing to Amber Portwood's arrest to Javi Marroquin's cheating scandal, the cast members have ruled the headlines over the summer. While Marroquin's ex, Kailyn Lowry, has kept a relatively low profile recently, other than tweeting cryptic shade at her former husband, the reality star took to Twitter to slam MTV over the recent 'Teen Mom 2' trailer.

Usually, the trailers for the upcoming season of the most recent Teen Mom franchise feature each of the cast members interacting with their family. There's usually some drama, normally a few tears but always a look at all your favorite cast members living their lives. The most recent trailer, posted by MTV on social media, is a bit different. The trailer features almost unrecognizable snippets of cast members including Lowry, Chelsea Houska, and Leah Messer, but also features a number of unknown babies just screaming and crying.

The promo announces the return date for the series and that it will be coming back on a new night, but most people couldn't figure out why the trailer featured so many random, crying babies, especially Lowry! Lowry took to Twitter to express her frustration with the trailer, calling out MTV and writing, "Who are all these random kids? Who made this trailer? Y’all dropped the ball big time."

Lowry's fans couldn't help but agree.

"This is such a terrible trailer. At least use the casts kids."

"I watched the trailer so many times trying to figure who all the extra were."

"Lmaoooooo I thought it was a completely different cast or something"

"It took me a long time to figure out wtf was going on because it's so many random children and its so fast. One of the most ridiculous trailers for the show EVER!"

Noticeably missing from the trailer, as confusing at it may be, is Jenelle Evans. Evans was fired earlier this year after her husband, David Eason, admitted to killing the family dog. In May the network released a statement confirming the couple would no longer be a part of the Teen Mom franchise.

"MTV ended its relationship with David Eason over a year ago in February 2018 and has not filmed any new episodes of Teen Mom 2 with him since," the statement read. "Additionally, we have stopped filming with Jenelle Eason as of April 6, 2019, and have no plans to cover her story in the upcoming season," they confirmed.

Replacing Evans is MTV’s Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant cast member Jade Cline, who can be seen at the end of the recent trailer. Teen Mom 2 is moving to Tuesday nights and will premiere on September 10th on MTV.
