At this point, it's only been a few weeks since Joy-Anna Duggar and her husband Austin Forsyth shared that Joy had suffered a miscarriage. She was pregnant with the couple's second child. And she has shared another Instagram post to give their followers an update into how things are going.

In the post, they reveal what every parent who has suffered child loss knows. The healing process is never over, and some days it's easier to deal with than others.

"He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds," reads the image, which is strictly text.

"Our hearts are healing," she begins.

Joy-Anna and Austin revealed that they had lost their baby in a heartbreaking Instagram post. When they went in for their 20-week ultrasound, they found out there was no heartbeat. Since they hadn't found out prior, they learned their child was a daughter. The couple also shared that their daughter's name was Annabell Elise.

"Yes, it still hurts and we have cried countless tears, but we know that we can trust the Lord," they wrote in the post.

"Please pray for continued healing, not only physically but for our hearts as well," they asked. Since Joy was further along in her pregnancy than what is typical for a miscarriage, there were likely medical procedures she had to go through.

In another post, they shared more pictures from the hospital. It looks like they were able to take some photos of Annabell after her birth. You can see them cradling her very tiny body in the first picture. And another shows her footprints in comparison to a quarter to show how small she was. In the background of another picture, you can see Joy's mom Michelle and sister Jill. This makes us believe that their families came to the hospital to help the couple say goodbye to their baby girl.

"We only had her for 20 weeks, Life is fragile and precious," they wrote along with the series of photos.

"Yes, those days come that I miss my little girl so much. Wishing I could have met her, seen Austin love on her and Gideon play with her," Joy writes in the new post, along with several lines of Bible scripture.

Reading through the comments you can see that in addition to their faith, the family of three is being loved by those close to them. Her sister Jill and sister-in-law Anna both left comforting comments of love. And her sister-in-law Lauren who also suffered a miscarriage earlier this year said: "Those verses were so comforting for me as well. You two are on my mind and prayers constantly. Love you both."

Clearly it's going to take time for the couple to recover from their loss. But it's wonderful to see that they're being supported.
