Just when you thought that the internet couldn’t be more of a scarier place for parents and their children, there’s a YouTube video that is being dubbed as “the most terrifying video made for kids.” But here’s a twist: parents can’t stop watching it over and over again.

In the clip, which is titled “Johny Johny Yes Papa” after a popular Indian children’s rhyme, an animated child sneaks out of bed to snack on sugar cubes when his father catches him. Right after he reprimands him, he breaks into a Gangnam Style-type dance.

Johny continues to deny eating the sugar with Papa asking him if he’s telling lies while also doing the wave. And it gets even crazier. When Johny denies telling any lies, Papa asks Johny to open his mouth while dancing to Beyonce’s classic hit, “Single Ladies” while he continues to confront his truth-challenged son.

After Johny is caught in his life, he belts out odd laughter, lifts his hands and spins around and around. As many parents can imagine, the clip has been getting plenty of reactions online.

Some people have even taken to their Twitter accounts to write things such as, “papa: omg why is there no sugar in the house....wtf????

johnny: OMG KING that's so sad go off!! find that liar!!!papa: vague// i literally saw oomf with sugar in his mouth but go off I guess.”

Another person wrote, “calling ur man daddy is so basic we’re replying ‘yes papa’ in Johny’s voice now.”

Because Johny and his papa are now the new hit of the internet, there are several Johny Johny spin-off videos available. According to Mashable, Some of them include animated scenes, Claymation, and the kind of singing that you wouldn’t want to hear on YouTube or in person for that matter.

But for those who have been paying attention to memes and nursery rhymes for years now, they’ll know that Johny Johny has been around for quite some time now. The first nursery rhyme video was uploaded back in 2009.

Three years later, another children’s channel posted their own version. The current Johny Johny video isn’t available on an app, but has been viewed a whopping 450 million times on YouTube.
