It's no secret that Jenelle Evans' relationship with her mother Barbara Evans has been rocky over the years. The former star of MTV's Teen Mom 2 has grown up in front of the cameras and audiences have watched her often volatile relationship with her mother. Barbara Evans has had custody of Jenelle's son Jace for years, which has often caused a rift between the mother and daughter, and now that Barbara has been granted temporary custody of Jenelle's daughter Ensley with husband David Eason, things are getting messier.

Barbara Evans was granted temporary custody of Ensley after David Eason admitted to killing the family's French bulldog, Nugget. Recently Jenelle and David called 911 on Barbara claiming she had locked their daughter in a room so she could have a shower.

"David and I were on FaceTime with Jace when we heard my mom say to Ensley, ‘Come here, I have to take a shower.’ Then she took Ensley in the other room, and we immediately heard her screaming and crying," Jenelle told Us.

"We asked Jace what was going on, and he said my mom locked Ensley in the bedroom so she can take a shower," the former reality star added. "We told Jace to get the door open, and when he couldn’t get the door open, we called 911 for help because all we could hear was Ensley screaming."

TMZ has published the audio of the 911 call where Eason can be heard telling the operator:  "My mother-in-law has locked my 2-year-old child in the bedroom so that she could take a shower, and now she can’t get the door open, and my child is freaking out. She’s been screaming on the phone for the past five to 10 minutes."

After the 911 operator informs Eason that law enforcement is on their way to assist, he asks if the incident can be reported to child protective services. The operator informs him this is something he can do on his own, but there is no record of whether or not that has happened.

TMZ reports that Barbara was able to get the door open herself before authorities arrived and that this isn't the first time that Jenelle and David have called 911 on Barbara. The couple recently asked for a welfare check to be done on both Ensley and Jace stating that during a phone conversation they heard a lot of yelling and screaming by the children in the background.

Just when it seemed that Jenelle and Barbara were mending their relationship it just seems to be getting messier. Despite Eason telling RadarOnline the couple has 'new evidence' in their custody case, the couple's children still haven't been returned to them.
