Former MTV Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has filed for a temporary restraining order against her husband of two years, David Eason. It's been less than a week since the reality star wrote a message to her fans and followers on social media letting them know that she has decided to leave her husband after two years of marriage, and despite staying quiet since her initial announcement, it's been reported that Evans has filed for a temporary restraining order.

E! News reports that Evans filed for the temporary order of protection on October 31 on behalf of herself and her children, 10-year-old Jace, 5-year-old Kaiser and her 2-year-old daughter Ensley that she shares with Eason. Evans reportedly stated that Eason's verbal threats have "escalated" in the previous days and that "because of his recent threats, his history of violence, his erratic behavior and his large stockpile of weapons, I am scared for my life and my children's well-being."

Evans detailed eleven different alleged occurrences of verbal and physical abuse during the two years the couple were married and accuses her husband of destroying her property and killing her dog, E! News reports.

Evans was lost temporary custody of her children and was fired from MTV after Eason admitted to killing the family French Bulldog Nugget in the Spring. At the time Evans stated that she was considering leaving her husband but the two reconciled and regained custody of the children.

The paperwork Evans filed for the temporary restraining order details 11 different occasions when Eason allegedly threatened Evans. "Given his actions," the filing states, "and knowing his temperament, I believe he was implying that he would kill himself if I do not come back to him... For all of these reasons, I'm afraid that David will harm me or my children, and that he will continue to threaten me using text messages, phone calls, or on the internet."

Jenelle currently has temporary custody of her children, and David is not allowed to have contact with her or the children and he can't post about Jenelle online or on social media. Eason, who recently called Evans 'stupid' in a comment on an Instagram post, has turned off all comments.
