If you have Fortnite-obsessed children who are looking to take things to the next level by playing the game in real life, there’s good news. Forntite-inspired Nerf Blasters and Super Soakers are set to hit stores nationwide but seeing how popular they are; you will have to act fast if you want to get your hands on them.

Fornite exploded in popularity in 2018 as the video game has taken the online world by storm. Developed by Epic Games, it was first released in 2017. There are now three versions of the game available, which has players inside a virtual open-world survival game. Set on modern-day Earth, players collect resources, make tools and weapons and try to stay alive as the rest of humanity disappears.

And now Hasbro has jumped on to the Fornite bandwagon by revealing a brand new Nerf line inspired by the game. According to The Verge, the first is an ARL-L Elite blaster (which is a semi-auto blaster and not a full one) that was modeled after the SCAR in the hit battle game. The Nerf Gun comes with a price tag of $49.99 and will be sold at retailers such as Amazon, Target and WalMart.

In addition, there’s also an SP-L Elite that was modeled after Fortnite’s silenced pistol and a TS-R Super Soaker along with an HC-E Super Soaker that was modeled after the game’s handgun. All three retail for $19.99. There are also other products available including a llama-shaped blaster and a small hand-held blaster called the MicroShots.

While there have been plenty of controversies surrounding online games and the level of violence in some, many have called Fortnite the most family-friendly in its genre. That’s because the bloodshed is next to none; there’s no animated violence and no gruesome death scenes. In fact, the only thing that happens when a player’s avatar dies is that they simply disappear.

Hasbro adds that all of its items will begin shipping to customers beginning on March 22nd. Customers can check out the full product listing of the new Fortnite Nerf line at their local Target or WalMart department stores.
