Former Teen Mom OG star Farrah Abraham is certainly not mother of the year. The reality star turned public figure and business woman has never shied away from the spotlight. Many people call Abraham a bad mother, but there is one person who doesn't believe it. Her 10-year-old daughter Sophia. Recently, the young girl called out those who have negative things to say.

There is a hashtag, #SaveSophia going around on Instagram, included on posts by accounts that seem to drag Abraham. Most of the pictures are pulled from both Farrah and Sophia's accounts as examples of Farrah's questionable parenting choices. Most recently a #SaveSophia post features a screenshot of an article alleging Farrah left Sophia alone in a luxury hotel room while she "worked." It seems the implication is that Farrah is engaging in some sort of sex work, but the source for the article is not linked.

But Sophia certainly doesn't think she needs saving. Is Farrah the best mom? From what we've seen, it sure doesn't seem like it. But Sophia has nothing but an overwhelming amount of love for her mother.

"She's always positive, she always makes me happy when I'm sad," the young girl says. She also believes that situations like these bring her closer to her mother. "And when we go through things like this type of stuff, everything just turns out fine and haters back off," she told cameras at LAX airport recently.

Since her start on 16 and Pregnant and then Teen Mom OG, Farrah Abraham has been a controversial figure. To say she is the embodiment of reality TV culture wouldn't be much of a stretch. Her behavior has always been called into question, especially regarding Sophia's care. There are times it certainly appears that Abraham uses her young daughter as a prop. Many of their pictures together on social media look staged.

But Sophia says they have a great relationship, despite what it may look like to outsiders. "Our most mother daughter thing is vacations and traveling, and we really just have a lot of cute moments together," she claims.

From the way Sophia talks about their relationship, moments like these, when they're facing backlash, brings them closer together. "[And] when we go through things like this type of stuff, everything just turns out fine and haters back off," she says. Despite what it may look like on the outside, Sophia seems to be a well adjusted, happy kid.

In the meanwhile, Sophia has some choice words for the "haters." "Don't ever do that again because it's wrong, and we all know that it's wrong and that should never happen," she says, adding that she hopes they "get karma" at some point in their lives.
