The Duggars are one of those families that you can always count on to be baking at least ONE baby at any given time. After all, matriarch and patriarch Michelle and Jim Bob have 19 kids themselves, many of whom are old enough to be married and starting families of their own. So far, there are 13 Duggar grandchildren running around the Duggar compound. But that number is about to grow by five - pretty much all at once! No, no one is having quintuplets (but we wouldn't put it past them). There are FIVE pregnant Duggar women at the moment! Amy Duggar King, a Duggar cousin who's expecting her first child, posted a sweet photo on Instagram, with all the expecting Duggar moms posing together. That's a lot of babies!
Amy Duggar King posed with her cousins' wives (and their bumps) Lauren Swanson Duggar, Abbie Burnett Duggar, Anna Duggar, and Kendra Caldwell Duggar, all in various stages of pregnancy. The caption shows four pink hearts and one blue heart, so it sounds like the Duggar family is getting four girls and a boy soon!
Amy Duggar King and her husband, Dillon King, are expecting their first child together in October. Amy is responsible for the lone blue heart - she's pregnant with a little boy. Anna Duggar, who is married to Josh Duggar, is pregnant with their sixth child, another girl. The couple are parents to Mackynzie, 9, Michael, 8, Marcus, 6, Meredith, 4, and Mason, 23 months. Lauren and Josiah Duggar are also expecting their first child together, a girl. And Abbie and John David Duggar are about to become members of the Parents' Club for the first time, as well - Abbie is currently pregnant with a little girl. Finally, Kendra and Joseph Duggar are adding to their family, giving son Garrett David, 14 months, a little sister later this year.

Today marks one week since we heard these words… . “So this is your baby’s heart (pointing to the ultrasound screen). I don’t hear a heartbeat or see any movement.” . We had gone in for our 20-week ultrasound and gender reveal. It was a baby girl. Although we don’t understand why, God has given us unexplainable peace and comfort during this very difficult time. Yes, it still hurts and we have cried countless tears, but we know that we can trust the Lord. In the words of King David after the loss of his baby, “I shall go to him, but he shall not return to me” (2 Sam 12:23). We don’t grieve as those who have no hope because we trust that we will see this little one again. We named her Annabell Elise. Annabell means “God has favored me”, and Elise means “God satisfies”. What a precious thing to know that when our daughter opened her eyes, the first thing she saw was the face of Jesus. Please pray for continued healing, not only physically but for our hearts as well. . “All the way my Savior leads me; What have I to ask beside? Can I doubt His tender mercy, Who through life has been my Guide? Heav’nly peace, divinest comfort, Here by faith in Him to dwell! For I know, whate’er befall me, Jesus doeth all things well, For I know, whate’er befall me, Jesus doeth all things well.” -Fanny Crosby
In sadder news, Joy-Anne Duggar Forsyth and her husband Austin Forsyth suffered a devastating 20-week miscarriage earlier this summer. The couple announced in July that their second child, a girl they were planning on naming Annabell Elise, no longer had a heartbeat, and Joy-Anna delivered the baby girl stillborn. Joy-Anna and Austin have a one-year-old son, Gideon. We're sending love to the Forsyth family, and wishes for safe pregnancies and deliveries to all the expecting Duggars!
