Drew Barrymore has lived a very unique life. She has always grown up under the bright lights of Hollywood, and has faced as much public scrutiny as she has faced praise and adoration from her fans.

Barrymore has had a tumultuous love life and has faced a number of challenges when it comes to keeping her marriages intact. Her first marriage was to Jeremy Thomas, and that marriage lasted for one year. Her second marriage was to Tom Green, which ended up being a one-year marriage as well. The third time seemed to be a true charm for her.

When she married Will Kopelman, the two went on to have two beautiful daughters together named Olive and Frankie, but sadly, this marriage didn't last either.

Drew Barrymore has been very transparent about how difficult this divorce and the idea of co-parenting was for her. She released a statement in which she revealed,

"I so wanted to raise kids in this ultra-traditional way and do everything so the polar opposite of my experience. You can talk until you're blue in the face, but kids watch what you do every single day of your life, all day long, and that behavior and that example and that love and community and honesty is what's making everything feel safe for my kids."

Sisterly Love

Despite not living together, Barrymore and Kopelman have remained very close and have been amicably co-parenting Olive and Frankie. It's apparent that they've found the perfect balance when it comes to raising their kids together, which is not always the case when it comes to Hollywood divorces that become bitter and full of angst.

Olive Kopelman

Olive was born on September 26, 2012, and she spends most of her time alongside her sister Frankie living in New York with their father. Drew Barrymore is an active mom, but the children primarily stay with their dad. Olive is now 8-years-old and is transitioning through her childhood embraced by love and affection. When she's with her mother, she enjoys joining her on set and being actively involved in the inner workings of her career. She has also demonstrated a high level of skill when it comes to building things and seems to really enjoy Magna Tiles in her spare time.

Drew Barrymore doesn't often put up images or stories about her children online, mentioned Good Housekeeping. Opting to keep her personal life quiet most of the time, she doesn't blast images of her kids or say too much about them, but there has been one very interesting fact that has been leaked about Olive, and it will shock you. This very young lady is already showing huge signs of promise when it comes to photography, and we wouldn't be surprised if she became a professional photographer in the future.

In fact, Drew Barrymore's daughter was the photographer who solely shot her cover of The Sunday Times Style magazine.

Frankie

Drew Barrymore and Will Kopelman's youngest daughter, Frankie, was born on April 22, 2014. She has been described as being very theatrical, and she seems to carry the Barrymore gene when it comes to acting and being creative at home. At the tender age of 6, it's tough to tell if she has any interest in acting professionally, but if she does, it seems that Drew Barrymore is not adverse to the idea.

She did, however, having some restrictions on allowing her daughter enter into Hollywood scene. Sources reveal that Drew Barrymore would be "the most supportive, fiercest lion if her daughters sent into acting at an appropriate age." Drawing on her own experiences in the industry, she states that she's keeping a keen eye on this situation because she wants her children to grow up in a normal environment. "I just want them to have, like, a normal childhood” she said. If acting professionally is in her future, Drew would want Frankie to be a bit older, and also have genuine interest in going to acting school to demonstrate that she has the passion as well as the skill to pursue that path.

Frankie has lots of time before she needs to decide on her career path, so the world is her oyster and she's free to just be a child for the moment without any pressure. Her mom says Frankie is also very much into Legos and enjoys building things. She seems to have a truly creative spirit and her personality really comes to life through her creativity.

Both Olive and Frankie have two parents who adore them, and have really aced the concept of co-parenting.
