Disneyland Officially Has Mobile Ordering For Restaurants, Parents Everywhere Rejoice

Most parents will agree that heading to Disney with the kids is the penultimate family vacation. There are so many things to do when you're on a Disney property that it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming, especially if it's your first time at a park.

Spending a day at Disney means non-stop rides and experiences, and meeting the characters. It's often not until the last minute that many realize lunch time has come and gone and you're real hungry. There's nothing worse than facing long line ups to eat when your child is on the verge of a melt down, or when you simply want to grab something quick so you can head back to Splash Mountain.

Thankfully, Disneyland is once again proving they're the happiest place on earth by now offering a mobile ordering solution at their restaurants while you're in the park. How it works is pretty simple as long as you have the My Disney Experience App downloaded.

The app will list the participating restaurants where you can fully browse the menus while you're waiting for the next ride or attraction.

Not only can you order for your whole family while enjoying the park, but you can pay on the app as well. The restaurant will provide you with a variety of time options to select from. You can even modify your pick up time if your plans for the day change.

The service is now offered at a variety of quick service dining options throughout the parks. Locations in Disneyland that are now offering the mobile ordering service are Bengal Barbecue, Galactic Grill, Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor, Hungry Bear Restaurant, Jolly Holiday Bakery Café and Red Rose Taverne.

Restaurants at Disney California Park that offer the service are Aloha Isle, Backlot Express, Casey's Corner, Catalina Eddie's, Columbia Harbour House, Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café, D-Luxe Burger, Electric Umbrella, Fairfax Fare, Flame Tree Barbecue, Harambe Market, Liberty Inn, Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe, Pinocchio Village Haus, Pizzafari, PizzeRizzo, Restaurantosaurus, Rosie's All-American Café, Satu’li Canteen, The Lunching Pad and Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant.

Disney has done a lot recently to improve the family experience in their parks. Recently they announced they would be serving select alcoholic beverages as some restaurants in Magic Kingdom. Now offering the mobile ordering solutions prove that Disney understands what busy families want and need while in their parks.
