One of the biggest things Disney World has going for it over its California counterpart is, in our humble opinion, the fact that it serves alcohol. Because let's be real: taking your kids to a Disney theme park is not for the faint of heart, and a cocktail or two certainly help get through the long days (and longer lines!). There's only one place at Disneyland that serves adult libations, and it's a private club with a years-long wait list and membership dues that would make you clutch your chest.

But Disney World has yummy beverages around every corner, apparently! And not only are they delicious, but they're obviously gorgeous and incredibly Instagram-worthy. The newest Disney World drink to make us want to book a flight to Florida can be found at Disney Springs’ Amorette’s Patisserie restaurant, and it is absolutely adorable.

The Iridescent Blue Sparkling Wine cocktail is everything that grown-up Disney dreams are made of! The beautiful blue boozy drink is topped with an edible, glittery white chocolate Minnie Mouse ears for the perfect magical touch. Disney World is obviously ahead of the game, because blue wine is apparently going to be all the rage this fall. But no blue wine will ever compare to the blue sparkling wine topped with Minnie ears, that's just a fact.

This isn't the first time Amorette’s Patisserie has released a gorgeous cocktail for us to swoon over. Just a few months ago, at the height of the rose gold craze, they offered a millenial pink champagne topped with rose gold Minnie Mouse ears.

Clearly, the have their fingers on the pulse of millennials ... and parents! After a long day at the parks, kicking back with a pretty drink and some delicious food is just what lots of parents need to do. We know that Disney parks are geared toward kids, but there are plenty of grown-up Disneyholics that trek to the parks several times a year, and we love that Disney doesn't leave them out of all the fun! Now if only Disneyland on the West Coast would get up to speed with Florida and start serving up some pretty cocktails we can sip on between rides and parades.
