Even though it's four months away, celebrating this spooky holiday with your friends at Disney is worth looking into the future. If you have ever had a dream of taking your family on a Disney cruise, now is the time to book it because they literally just announced Halloween on the high seas and we don't know who is more excited, us, or the kids!

Okay friends, Disney just officially announced their Halloween on the high sea's offerings and it's just as magical as it sounds. The magic happens September through October and takes place on takes place on most voyages aboard the Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, Disney Wonder and Disney Magic. So many magical options for parents to choose from!

Whenever you board your ship, you can expect to have a completely one of a kind Halloween celebration. They will feature spooky parties, fun entertainment and elaborate decor, including The Pumpkin Tree, which magically transforms throughout the cruise. But the fun doesn't end with just that.

Each family will get to attend Mickey’s Mouse-querade Party, which is a celebration with games, dancing and lots of candy! Your favorite Disney characters will be dressed in their favorite Halloween costumes just for the occasion. They can sing-along with their favorite Disney tunes at the Nightmare Before Christmas—Sing and Scream, including a meet-and-greet with Jack Skellington and Sally. They can listen to Haunted Stories of the Sea, attend a Creepy Cabaret, watch countless spooky movies and indulge in ghoulish delights.

And of course, there's fun for mom and dad, too. The nighttime entertainment district will be a happening place for those over age 21, as it becomes the haunted setting for a costume contest and a Villainous Takeover on the dance floor.
