David Beckham is showing that he is the ultimate dad as he went out of his way to embarrass one of his children. Dad’s are known for being the goofy and fun parent, and they will never let an opportunity pass when they can humiliate their child. They do this in public and/or in private. When your parent is a celebrity, your embarrassing moment will likely go viral and have a lot of views. That is a problem that a lot of celebrity children likely deal with.
According to Today, David Beckham interrupted his son singing, and it was humbling and hilarious. It was humbling to see another dad acting the way we are all used to them behaving. It was a real-life moment captured on camera, and it shows that celebrities have lives just like us.
David and his wife, Victoria, have four children together. Cruz, his 15-year-old son, was his latest victim of embarrassment. Victoria posted the video to her Instagram account, and it showed Cruz singing an acapella song. The singing was impressive, and his eyes were closed, and he was clearly very into it. When he got to one point in the song, you can hear David join in with his own attempt at harmonizing.
You don’t actually see David, but that makes it even funnier. You can just hear him off screen. You can also hear Victoria say, “Oh my God, David!” and she says it in a way that shows she is used to this behavior and it must happen a lot at home. Cruz also looks mildly annoyed when his father chimes in, like even he is used to these types of antics from his father.
These are things we have seen often from the soccer star, he called out one of his other children on social media a few years back for wearing one of his sweaters. He even opened up to the fact that he went on his son, Brooklyn’s, first date with him as a chaperone. However, David also gets his own share of embarrassing as well. Victoria had sent out a picture of him wearing a pair of “interesting” boots. It is very clear that this is one family that is full of love and laughter. They are able to make fun of each other, and bring out the joy in each other and that is the best thing that any family can do together.
