It's been weeks since people have been able to visit their favorite nail salon for a manicure meaning there are lots of people at home who are currently doing their own nails (or at least trying to!) Anyone who has tried to find acetone on store shelves in the last few weeks knows just how many people rely on their nail artist to do their nails! Being stuck at home can be pretty boring so people are experimenting with their own coronavirus nail art and while some of it is pretty impressive, some are downright weird!

Celebrity manicurist Mei Kawajiri has been showing off her coronavirus nail art on her Instagram page and it's pretty impressive. We love this hand sanitizer inspired manicure!

These manicured gloves are definitely interesting.

Others are getting creative by using different colors to create their own Covid-19 nails, like this manicure by manicurist Lisa Kon.

Instagram user Jennarc nails used their manicure to send a message to everyone that first responders need us to do our part by staying home.

At home manicurists are doing their part to let their nails do the talking and encouraging everyone to stay home and stay safe, like this very cool look.

If you miss your manicurist now is the perfect time to try and do something creative with your own nails. You may not be as talented as some of these artists but there are lots of different tools out there you can experiment with until you can get back to your manicurist and have your nails done professionally once again.
