For those who are huge Build-A-Bear fans, we’ve got exciting news for you. The next time your child wants to visit a workshop, you don’t have to schlep your way to your local shopping mall (or fight through the crowds inside, either). That’s because there are new reports that say Build-A-Bear is coming to select Walmart stores across the nation.

According to USAToday, the company is simply trying to bring their furry (but oh so lovable) animals to a Walmart near you. At Build-A-Bear stores, customers go through an interactive process in which the stuffed animal of their choice is assembled and tailored to their own preferences during their visit to one of their locations.

Customers can personalize their bears with outfits and accessories from their favorite animated characters, movies, sports teams and so much more. Some brands that work with Build-A-Bear include Star Wars, My Little Pony, Pokémon, PAW Patrol, Marvel, and Hot Wheels.

So far here is the list of Build-A-Bear Workshop stores open inside Walmart locations:

  • Dallas (1521 N. Cockrell Hill Road, Dallas, TX 75211)
  • Stockton, Calif. (3223 E. Hammer Lane, Stockton, CA 95212)
  • Phoenix (5250 W. Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85031)
  • Riverside, Calif. (6250 Valley Springs Pkwy., Riverside, CA 92507)
  • Daytona Beach, Fla. (1101 Beville Road, Daytona Beach, FL 32119)
  • Victorville, Calif. (12234 Palmdale Road, Victorville, CA 92392)

The company says that they promise the majority of their producers and bears will be available at all six locations along with all of the accessories that you can often find in their regular mall stores. If that weren’t enough, there’s also a new collection available called Condo Cubs. They are super soft versions of the bears that also come in the forms of cats, dogs, and rabbits. And they are also super affordable at just $10 each.

The best part about this, of course, is that the Build-A-Bears will be in Walmart just in time for the busy holiday season. That means moms and dads will be able to do their grocery runs, pick up a few household items, and of course, pick out their child’s favorite bear before heading back home. Just don't forget the shoes, the jewelry, and all the fun personalizations that come with it!
