Ashley Rose's hair began to fall out in clumps. Unable to fix the situation, the young woman was forced to shave her head. She claims that someone must have mixed a hair removal solution, like Nair, into the bottle as a prank. But if that is true, it is just plain cruel.

Detectives are reviewing Walmart's security footage to see if anyone tampered with the conditioner at the store. According to Ashley Rose, the cream was pink, instead of white as it normally is.

Both Ashley Rose and Taffy Jo took to social media to spread awareness. Although many readers showed support and empathy, sadly, there was some negative feedback too. Hair is important to both women and men's appearances, and anyone would be shocked and devastated to lose it in a mean prank.
