Aldi Is Selling Wine Advent Calendars

We have heard rumors in Christmas's past about these seemingly amazing Aldi Wine Advent calendars and if you can get to the store before they sell out, you just might be able to try them out for yourself. You guess it: these Aldi Wine Advent Calendars are coming to the United States this year and we're so excited to crack those little bottles open.

Available starting today, Aldi Wine Advent Calendars will be in their grocery stores nationwide (check your store location online though just to double check their availability) and the Christmas countdown just got way more fun.

The only downfall seems to be the steep price, as they are selling at $70 a piece, however, that's not really the end of the world for a calendar filled with 24 mini bottles of wine from all over the world that you can enjoy all December long. Each contains a mixture of red, white, rosé, and sparkling wine and we say "bring on the holiday joy!"

For all the wino's out there, the reds include a Shiraz, Malbec, Cab, Pinot, and Merlot and the whites include Pinot Grigio, a couple Chardonnay’s, and Sauvignon Blanc. There are also a few pinks thrown into the mix, too!  Since some states still don't allow the sale of alcohol in grocery stores, those locations will be omitted from selling these.

There's also a little bit of a catch. Because of their popularity, there is a limit of one per customer, so if you plan on buying a few, you might want to recruit a buddy or two to help you out.

Each calendar features 24 doors for the 24 days of Christmas, each with a special adult, booze-filled treat to enjoy while you're helping your kids with their under 21-year-old version. What could be a better way to say cheers all month long?

And if for some reason wine really isn't your thing, they also have a gin version for gin lovers to enjoy. This will include only 12 days of celebration (ya know..so you get a day in between to recover) and does not come with the tonic water. Happy holidays friends!
