We all know that with the holidays quickly approaching, life is about to get a whole lot busier, which means services that save us time and energy are priceless. While you've been able to shop from your local Aldi grocery store through grocery delivery service Instacart since 2017 and have your groceries delivered, you weren't able to order any alcohol through that service. Now, just in time for the holidays,  Aldi has raised the bar and is offering beer and wine delivery service as well.

To make this service even more attractive, first-time customers are getting their delivery for free! You simply just enter the code "ALDIHOLIDAY19" to claim your free offer from now until Dec. 31.

Scott Patton, Vice President of Corporate Buying, ALDI U.S., spoke about the new delivery service in a statement. “The busy holiday season is fast approaching, making convenience more important than ever, and adding alcohol delivery to our online offerings is one more way ALDI saves you time.” Consumers love shopping at Aldi for their competitive pricing and great quality on grocery items, and that same value and quality are also available on their wine selection.

“Our award-winning wines range from less than $5 for 90-point rated Evanta Malbec to $12 for premium offerings, such as 92-point rated Peaks & Tides Cabernet Sauvignon," Patton added. "You can have a bottle delivered to your doorstep in as fast as an hour.”

To find out if you have an Aldi's near you just visit their website here and enter your zip code. If you do order alcohol you'll be required to enter your birthdate upon checkout and will be required to show proof of age to the delivery driver before receiving your products.

If Aldi's amazing advent calendars filled with a variety of wines or an assortment of cheeses isn't enough to make you try out their home delivery service, this new initiative should do it. The stores, especially grocery stores, are so busy during the holiday season that having someone do your shopping for you and deliver it your home is totally worth the cost, especially now that you can have your beer and wine delivered along with it!
