It's fascinating to see which celebrities are friendly with other famous people. This is one of the reasons why watching the Golden Globes right after commercial breaks is so engaging. We can watch them interact with one another and exchange hugs, kisses, and stories. However, it doesn't give us too much insight.

Social media, on the other hand, is one of the best ways to truly see which stars are besties and which are absolute enemies. Seriously, it's highly engaging and endlessly changing. Because they've made their lives so open, we can all see the comments and likes they leave their friends, as well as more public shout-outs. Some of which have made legitimate news despite being busy with their jobs and raising children.

In fact, many A and B-Lister moms have gone down in history for their open friendships and their incredibly funny, heart-warming, and downright lovely messages they share with their celebrity friends on social media. However, other famous moms have made waves because of the firey anger shared between them. In other words, they aren't likely to be pals on social media or anywhere else in the near future. Without further ado, here are 10 Celeb Mommies Who Are BFFs On Social Media (And 10 Who Don 't Talk Anymore).

Let's start with the 10 pairs of celeb mommies who are BFFs...

20 Victoria Beckham And Eva Longoria

Victoria Beckham has been friends with Eva Longoria since the Beckham family moved across the Atlantic. The pair has been spotted at several events as well as have the secrets to prove that their friendship is legit. They also have a tendency to share their love for one another via various social media outlets. For instance, Beckham tweeted about a successful evening that Longoria had. This is a nice thing to do for a friend. It essentially tells the world that you're proud of their accomplishments and supports them in their endeavors, big or small.  Needless to say, the pair of mothers support each other.

19 Michelle Williams and Busy Phillips

The friendship between Busy Phillips and Michelle Williams is legendary. It's something that really took shape around the time that Williams' ex, award-winning actor Heath Ledger, passed away. Since then, Phillips has seldom left Willaims side, especially while Willaims was first raising Ledger's daughter. This translates over to social media where the pair have no problem tweeted and sending messages to one another in the public forum. They also like to share photos of one another, essentially telling the world that they love and support one another. EOnline even wrote an article about all the times that the pair has one another's backs, whether it's in real life or on social media.

18 Viola Davis and Taraji P. Henson

It's great when two powerful moms seem to get along famously. This is certainly the case when it comes to Empire and Hidden Figures star Taraji P. Hensen and Prisoners and The Help star Viola Davis. The pair is easily two of the most acclaimed and versatile actors of their generations and will probably continue to make waves as their working lives progress. But this doesn't stop the two from making time to tweet and send supporting messages to each other on social media. On many occasions, both Hensen and Davis have shared photos of one another to proclaim the love and support that they feel. Frankly, this is just entertaining and quite lovely.

17 Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Garner

Jennifer Garner is particularly good at social media. By glancing at any of her pages, you will see that this statement is accurate. Garner's real-life bestie, acclaimed actor Reese Witherspoon, is also very talented when it comes to social media. Garner was even influenced to post a video in support of Witherspoon. Witherspoon's book, Whiskey in a Teacup: What Growing Up in the South Taught Me About Life, Love, and Baking Biscuits, is full of great recipes, insights, life lessons, and even some useful beauty and hair tips that pertain to moms alike and dislike Garner and Witherspoon. Garner decided to try out the latter for a social media video. The comment underneath the video read, "My friend @reesewitherspoon has written a book full of so much— great food and recipes, insights, family, life lessons. It’s so so fun, check it out!"

16 Leah Remini and Jennifer Lopez

Although some may not know it, King of Queens star Leah Remini and JLO herself are actually really close friends. And if there is any friendship that has survived the challenges of Hollywood, it would be this one. This is because their friendship was put to the test when Remini decided to uproariously leave the Church of Scientology, even though Lopez's dad is a member of the organization. Usually, this would mean that Remini would be ex-communicated on a broad scale, but Lopez stuck by her friend and Remini's kid.

Their friendship can be witnessed in multiple photographs caught by paparazzi as well as on social media where the pair often messes each other or respond to posts, such as this one and this one.

15 Beyonce and Gwenyth Paltrow

When it comes to A-listers, you don't get much bigger than Beyonce and Gwyneth Paltrow. Both are famous for both their artistic talents and charitable contributions. Additionally, Paltrow is known for her expensive health and beauty line that many medical experts have been claiming is based in pseudo-science. But through all the trials and tribulations, the pair of famous mothers have remained great friends and even share their friendship on social media. Paltrow even shared videos on social media from Beyonce's concert, praising the singer. She then went on The Howard Stern Show to continue sharing her love for the mega-star and claim that their children are even building friendships.

14 Cameron Diaz and Nicole Richie

Tweets between reality star Nicole Richie and famous actor Cameron Diaz remind us that the pair are unlikely but close friends. This is especially true of this post, where Diaz shared a touching image of the pair hugging. She captioned it with, "We're sisters because of our misters and I am SO impressed by and proud of how talented she is. Her capsule collection at Revolve is a wonderful reflection of her spirit and her style; [gorgeous] and chic, playful and grounded, feminine with a hint of masculine, retro yet contemporary. Congrats"

Of course, the pair is also often spotted hanging out with one another in person, as well as alongside their friend Zoe Saldana. Yeah, this is a somewhat odd cluster of momma stars who are all quite close.

13 Penelope Cruz and Salma Hayek

There is a beautiful love shared between Penelope Cruz and Salma Hayek. We can see their connection at award-shows and during the odd time where paparazzi catch them at lunch or dinner together. But the pair of accomplished actors and mothers also tend to share images of one another as well as comment on each other's social media pages.

In January 2017, Hayek posted a sweet photo of her and Cruz embracing and declared their everlasting friendship. And just this September, Cruz did a similar thing with Hayek and actor Darren Criss. Essentially, there's a heck of a lot of love between these two talented mothers.

12 Liv Tyler and Kate Hudson

The Leftover and Lord of the Rings star, Liv Tyler, has had a very interesting life, to say the least. Of course, she grew up in the spotlight as singer Steven Tyler's daughter. But this also meant that she spent time with other children of celebrities. This includes Kate Hudson. The pair of actors has been friends since they were very young due to the fact that Steven Tyler is good friends with Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell.

Liv has sent out many tweets and images of herself with Hudson, and Hudson has done the same. But Liv's friendship with her extends so deeply that she even shared an image with Kate's mother, Goldie. Perhaps this friendship will pass on to Tyler's and Hudson's kids, as well.

11 Carrie-Anne Moss and Maria Bello

Just this past year, Matrix, Memento, and Jessica Jones star Carrie-Anne Moss shared a photo of her good friend, actor Maria Bello, on one of her social media pages. The pair of thespians have been friends for quite some time and even have children around the same age. Bello even wished Moss' husband a very happy birthday online, proving that the families get along quite well. These two women are very busy working actors, Moss even has a new show being shopped around as we speak. They also live on different coasts, making it hard for them to see one another. Therefore, social media is a great way to continue their friendship and let the world know that they love one another.

And these are the 10 pairs who don't talk anymore...

10 Heidi Montag and Lauren Conrad

Remember these two Hills stars? Well, no-one would make-fun of you if you didn't. After all, they aren't supremely memorable. None-the-less, the pair of reality stars used to be fairly close, but things got pretty bad between them while they were shooting The Hills. In fact, their feud became quite infamous. Montag, now a mom, spoke about her relationship with Conrad, also a mom - the same age, claimed that she was willing to put the past behind her but says that Lauren Conrad would be very unlikely to do the same. Needless to say, no positive social media interactions are expected between them and definitely not a Hills reunion.

9 Mariah Carey and Madonna

Frankly, there are many lists online that show the variety of celebrities that don't get along with Mariah Carrey. Regardless of this singer's immense talent, she certainly has a reputation for aggravating other celebrities. Just go and re-watch that uncomfortable season of Idol with Nikki Minaj for proof. So, it should be obvious that Madonna doesn't get along with this famous mother either. But this isn't just one way. Both momma divas seem to dislike one another equally.

Their feud started when Madonna made comments about not wanting to be Mariah Carey. Carrey then publically spouted back, "I haven't paid attention to Madonna since I was in 5th or 6th grade, when she used to be popular".

8 Shonda Rhimes and Kathrine Heigl

Shonda Rhimes is easily one of the most powerful people in the television industry. This means she has come across an assortment of individuals that we can only assume are pretty hard to handle. This includes executives, agents, and lawyers that would cause any of us to take our own hair out. But it was actor, and fellow mom, Katherine Heigl that truly agitated her the most. The pair clashed back in the Grey's Anatomy days. But the clash has remained with Rhimes who recently called it out to The Hollywood Reporter when talking about the atmosphere on Scandal. “There are no Heigls in this situation,” she said. “I don’t put up with bulls— or [bad] people. I don’t have time for it.”

7 Tori Spelling and Katie Holmes

At one stage, actors Tori Spelling and Katie Holmes were apparently good friends. At least, according to Tori Spelling that is. But she told USMagazine that their friend-status changed after a long period of silence and a pretty awkward run-in.

Spelling was sitting in her vocal coach's office alongside her son when they heard this "robotic" singing voice coming from within. She then went on to trash the voice that was singing inside and claimed that it ended up being Katie Holmes. Apparently, when Holmes came out of the office, she was exceptionally rude and distant. This aggravated Spelling so much that she preceded to bring down the Batman Begins star to the press.

6 Marcia Cross and Teri Hatcher

Thanks to The Daily Mail, we know that there was a major rift between Teri Hatcher and the other actors on Desperate Housewives. This rift happened while the show was filming and involved many of the actors. In fact, it got so bad that when the Housewives were photographed for a Vanity Fair cover in 2005 and Marica Cross and Eva Longoria stated that they'd walk-off if Hatcher was given the ‘star’ middle position in the line-up.

This feud progressed when the cast bought luggage and cake for the crew of Housewives and signed the cake without Hatcher's name on it. Apparently, Marcia Cross was the one who had the biggest problem with Hatcher, who was always pretty distant from the rest of the cast of moms and wanted to be the star attraction on the show.

5 Heather Locklear and Denise Richards

There's just no way that Heather Locklear and Denise Richards will be sharing social media photos of one another any time soon. Seriously, that's very unlikely. The pair seems to truly dislike each other. This is really too bad since they used to be really close friends. But that changed when Richards started dating Locklear's baby-daddy, acclaimed rocker Richie Sambora. Although Richards' relationship with Sambora didn't last for very long, Locklear never forgave her for going out with her ex. Although this kind of thing happens, it was a pretty low blow. Have any of your friends gone out with one of your exes? Chances are you'd dislike it too.

4 Camille Grammer and Allison Dubois

All the way back in Season 1 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, an episode debuted that featured a very uncomfortable dinner party that was hosted by Camille Grammer with her friend and professional medium, Allison DuBois. At the professional medium (if you can say that without laughing) told Kyle Richards that her husband, Mauricio Umansky, would never emotionally fulfill her. She punctuated her statement by saying, "Know that."

The backlash to this was immense. Long afterward, Grammer explained that DuBois pointed the finger at her for the entire thing and never let it go. Therefore, the pair of mothers haven't been friends ever since.

3 Shirley MacLaine and Debra Winger

Terms of Endearment features one of the most touching and dynamic mother/daughter relationships on film. It's too bad that the actors who played the two characters really don't get along. In October 2018, Debra Winger went on Andy Cohen's show and talked about her longlasting feud with her co-star, the legendary Shirley MacLaine, who is a mother of one.

Winger said that it was something that never went away and has stuck with her all these years, despite having respect for her. Winger and MacLaine had a tense relationship while making Terms Of Endearment. Later, both women were nominated for Academy Awards but it was MacLaine who took home the statuette, saying, “I deserve this!” during her acceptance speech. This apparently was the icing on the cake for Winger, who couldn't forgive MacLaine.

2 Melissa Gilbert and Mary Sue Anderson

Those who watched Little House On The Prairie surely know that there was some conflict on set that lasted for years. This is particularly notable since the stars who dealt with the most conflict were really young at the time of the production. This is especially true for Melissa Gilbert and Mary Sue Anderson.

In January 2014, Gilbert stopped by Bravo's Watch What Happens Live, and told host, and expected father, Andy Cohen, that Anderson was downright "mean to her". In fact, she used a lot more colorful words to describe just how she acted towards her. Gilbert also claimed that Anderson knocked her off one of the wagons. Hopefully, they have both learned from their mistakes and don't pass them on to their own kids.

1 Joan Crawford and Bette Davis

When it comes to famous mothers who won't speak to one another, there probably isn't a more famous feud than the one between Bette Davis and Joan Crawford. Of course, both silver-screen legends have long since passed, so there's no hope of reconciliation. But even before then, a rekindled friendship just wasn't going to happen.

The pair of actors were so apparently competitive with one another when co-starring in What Ever Happened To Baby Jane? that Davis kicked Crawford, requiring her to get stitches. Later, the pair had no problem bashing each other to the press. And this lasted for 30 years... Let's hope none of us have this problem with our friends and colleagues, famous moms or not.
