If you are just as excited as we are about all of the Disney films that are in the pipeline, we’ve got good news for you. That’s because we have a list of all the Disney animations that are being turned into live action films. If you already enjoyed Cinderella and Beauty and the Beast, get a load of what is in store here!

Disney has quite a few new live-action adaptations set for release in the near future, with three of them even hitting theaters in 2019. Here’s what you can expect to see:

Dumbo

Directed by Tim Burton, the film tells the story of a owner of a struggling circus enlists a man and his two children to care for a newborn elephant that can fly. The release date is March 29 and yes, the teaser trailer has already made us cry.

Aladdin

Get ready for this Disney musical about a street urchin who befriends a genie and falls in love with a princess. Guy Ritchie is directing, with Will Smith starring as the Genie! The film will hit theaters May 24.

The Lion King

This one already looks too cute for words! Director Jon Favreau's all-new The Lion King  journeys to the African savanna where a future king is born. Simba idolizes his father, King Mufasa, and takes to heart his own royal destiny. It will be released nationwide on July 19.

Mulan

We can’t contain our excitement for this one. Mulan is an upcoming 2020 American drama adventure film directed by Niki Caro with the screenplay by Elizabeth Martin, Lauren Hynek, Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver. Expect to see it in March of 2020.

Lady and the Tramp

While very little detail is available on this film, we do know that Disney's live-action remake of Lady and the Tramp is using real live dogs while filming and is a "more grown-up" story in a period setting.

Cruella

Emma Stone fans have something to be excited about! Craig Gillespie, who last directed I, Tonya, is in early talks to helm Cruella, a live-action take on the 101 Dalmatians villainess. So far teaser photos have shown Emma in all of her Cruella glory. Expect to see a 1980s punk vibe. No release date has been set.
